The Unified Patent Court has just announced that the start of the Sunrise Period has been postponed by two months, and it will now start to run on 1st March 2023, followed by the entry into force of the UPCA on 1st June 2023. This additional time is intended to grant users the opportunity to equip themselves with the strong authentication factors that are required to access the Case Management System (CMS) and to sign documents.
